Triangle's Audio Response Assistant (TARA) vendor has resolved the issue with our telephone banking system. We realize that the prolonged outage of telephone banking was a major impact to members and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Unavailability of this length is unacceptable and we expect more from our vendors as you expect more from us. We will work diligently to ensure the impact of our system migration is minimized as we proceed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
