Triangle Credit Union Announces New Location in Downtown Nashua

Nashua, NH – Triangle Credit Union is pleased to announce the relocation of its Operation Center from Main Street to the former Indian Head Plaza building at 30 Temple Street. This landmark building, now owned by national real estate company R.J. Finlay, has been an iconic building in downtown Nashua for years. The Operation Team will be housed on the building’s seventh floor. This agreement follows R.J. Finlay’s purchase of Triangle’s 110-130 Main Street location in Nashua.

Triangle will be the largest tenant of the newly revitalized building that R.J. Finlay bought in June 2011. At the time of purchase, the building had an approximate 17 percent occupancy rate. When Triangle’s team moves to the top floor, the building will be more than 90 percent occupied.

Thirty Temple Street is a familiar site for Triangle as the credit union has a branch on the 2nd floor. “We are very excited about this move as Triangle’s operational teams will now reside in one location and allow our members more convenient parking to our downtown location,” said Maurice D. Simard, Jr, Triangle’s President & CEO.
