We Branch Out. Whether you visit one of our branches or our back office, you will see that Triangle has a rich diverse workforce. Our staff represents a 70:30 women-to-men ratio, with age ranges from 18-68, representing 10 nationalities, and 12 languages spoken.

We Equip. Part of Triangle's vast learning environment includes classroom training, continuous online training, financial support for job-related education, cross-training, and mentoring.
